Acceptance of Privacy Policy

By using the SheRidez, app for women motorcycle riders, you signify your acceptance of this Privacy Policy. By using the SheRidez app, users expressly consent to the collection, processing, and sharing of their personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not use the SheRidez app.

Registration with Real Name and Surname

To ensure trust, accountability, and the safety of our community, SheRidez requires users to register with their real first name and surname. This policy helps us prevent fake profiles, spam, impersonation, and other forms of misuse that can undermine the integrity and purpose of the platform. Additionally, during registration, users are asked to self-identify their gender (e.g., answering the question “Are you a woman?”). This information is collected to support SheRidez’s mission to provide a safe and supportive space primarily for women motorcyclists while promoting inclusivity, including for trans and non-binary individuals who identify as women. The processing of this personal data, including gender information, is based on our legitimate interest in maintaining a respectful, authentic, and secure environment (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Your data will be stored securely, accessed only by authorized personnel, and processed in accordance with all applicable data protection regulations. You may contact us at any time to access, correct, or request the deletion of your data.

Registration with Phone Number

As part of the registration process, you are required to provide a valid mobile phone number. This number will be used for account verification through an SMS one-time code (OTP) to confirm your identity and protect the safety of the SheRidez community. Continued use of the app after providing this information constitutes consent to the processing of your phone number as described in the Privacy Policy.

Administrative Rights and Responsibilities

Administrators of the SheRidez, women motorcycle app, hold critical responsibilities related to the management of user data and ensuring compliance with privacy regulations. Their duties include overseeing data collection, storage, and processing practices within the app. Administrators are empowered to monitor user interactions to safeguard privacy and maintain a secure environment. They are also tasked with promptly addressing any user concerns or privacy-related issues, ensuring transparency and accountability in data management practices. Our platform is women-centric and design to support women motorcyclists’ experience. We encourage users to self-identify accordingly. Accounts that do not align with this may be restricted after case-by-case review. You will get the right to appeal through e-mail communication. Account issues (e.g. misrepresentation, impersonation, hate conduct) are handled progressively: warning → suspension → removal. An appeal can be requested via support

Target Audience of this App

SheRidez is a women-centered community, created by and for female motorcyclists.
We encourage individuals who identify as women to join our platform. Allies are welcome in designated areas like Facebook group, but do not have access to the app reserved for female members. The app itself is a niche platform designed with a specific community in mind — and we believe everyone deserves spaces where they feel fully seen, supported, and safe.

Person who identifies as a woman: Trans and non-binary individuals who identify as women are welcome. SheRidez respects people who identify as women, including trans women. We do not require legal documents, clothing style, or photo verification—though a profile photo is encouraged to build trust.

Language Use Requirements

Users of the SheRidez app must adhere to specific language guidelines when generating content. The permitted languages for user-generated content are outlined to emphasize clarity and appropriateness. Offensive language, discriminatory content, hate speech, and any form of harassment are strictly prohibited. Users are encouraged to maintain a respectful and inclusive communication environment within the app. Violations of these language use requirements may result in appropriate actions, including content removal and user account suspension.

Guidelines for Uploaded Pictures

SheRidez app has established clear criteria for acceptable images to ensure a positive and safe user experience. Uploaded pictures must adhere to the following guidelines:

• No Nudity: Images containing nudity or sexually explicit content are strictly prohibited.
• No Violence: Pictures depicting violence, graphic scenes, or harmful activities are not allowed.
• No Copyrighted Material: Users are prohibited from uploading images that infringe upon copyright laws or intellectual property rights.
• No Discriminatory Content: Images promoting discrimination, racism, or prejudice of any kind are not permitted.
• Respect for Privacy: Users should respect the privacy of others and refrain from sharing unauthorized photos or images that violate privacy rights.

Violation of these guidelines may lead to the warning, temporary suspension and removal of the offending content and possible disciplinary action, including account suspension or termination, depending on the severity of the infringement. SheRidez app strives to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all users and encourages responsible image-sharing practices.

Guidelines for Online Behavior

• Respect: Bullying or harassing users or administrators will result in a ban from the application.
• Sabotage: Any attempts to undermine the work of administrators in moderating the app will lead to a ban.
• Commercial Activities: All commercial activities on private profiles, such as advertisements, promotions, sponsorships, or partnerships, must be approved by the app owner and/or administrators. Unauthorized commercial activities will result in a ban. All that will be in dialog with the app through e-mail communication.
• Personal Promotion: Users may promote themselves as private individuals and display their activities, achievements, and private events. However, commercial promotions without the agreement of SheRidez app may be reviewed and can result in a ban and deletion of the account. All that after a communication with the app through e-mail.
• Profile Naming: Inappropriate profile names will result in a ban and deletion of the account.
• Language: Hate speech and abusive language will not be tolerated and will result in a ban and deletion of the account. This includes attempts to spread hate, conflict, xenophobia, racism, or religious propaganda.
• False Profiles: Profiles identified as false, profiles with no name registered, “Unknown” “Unknown” or in violation with the ‘Registration under real name and surname’ paragraph, will be blocked and deleted. Should you want to appeal that decision, do it by contacting administrators via e-mail.

Creating Profile on SheRidez – Non-Commercial and Authentic Use Only

Profiles on SheRidez are intended for genuine, individual users to engage with the community in a personal, social, and non-commercial manner. Users must not create profiles solely for commercial purposes, advertising businesses, promoting external platforms, or redirecting members to other websites or services. Empty profiles or profiles that consist primarily of links, promotions, or information about external commercial or digital platforms are strictly prohibited. Any profile found to violate these rules may be removed, and the associated user account may be suspended or permanently blocked in accordance with SheRidez’ Terms of Service and community regulations. These measures ensure that SheRidez remains a safe, authentic, and community-driven space, compliant with applicable EU and Danish digital and consumer protection laws.

Creating Events on SheRidez – Non-Commercial Use Only

The event creation feature on SheRidez is intended exclusively for non-commercial, peer-to-peer use by individual users for casual, social, recreational, and networking purposes. Events must be free of charge and may not be used to sell products or services, promote paid activities, collect fees, advertise businesses, or otherwise generate commercial gain, whether directly or indirectly. This includes, but is not limited to, ticket sales, paid workshops, sponsored rides, brand promotions, affiliate marketing, or redirection to external commercial platforms.

Any user or entity wishing to engage in commercial activity on SheRidez must apply for and be granted a designated commercial profile and enter into a separate agreement with SheRidez governing permissions, visibility, data use, and financial terms. Unauthorized commercial use of the event function constitutes a breach of SheRidez’ Terms of Service and may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination. These rules are in place to ensure compliance with applicable EU and Danish consumer protection, marketing, and platform regulation laws, and to preserve SheRidez as a trusted, community-driven space for authentic, non-commercial interaction.

Creating Clubs on SheRidez

SheRidez offers the Club feature to foster active engagement within local communities. Clubs are designed for private, localized groups created by users, aimed at generating genuine interaction and content within the app. Please note the following important guidelines to ensure the proper use of this feature:

• Purpose of Clubs: Clubs on Sheridez are intended for local private clubs with a focus on community engagement. These clubs should not be large associations, commercial networks, or large-scale organizations. The goal is to create active, dynamic communities within the Sheridez platform.

• Activity Requirement: To maintain a club on Sheridez, the club must remain active. This includes, but is not limited to, the regular creation of events, posts, and other forms of interactive content within the app. Clubs that fail to maintain consistent activity will be subject to review and may be removed.

• Engagement Focus: The primary function of a club is to engage users within the SheRidez app. Clubs are not meant to serve as vehicles for external promotions, cross-platform interactions, or commercial endeavors. Clubs should not direct users to other websites, services, or platforms outside of SheRidez with the intent to recruit and direct all club activity outside the app.
• Club Descriptions and Promotions: Clubs should avoid using their descriptions or any posts to promote activities or direct users to external platforms, businesses, or websites. Clubs found to be violating this rule, such as by attempting to “steal” users or promote services off the app, will be subject to warning, suspension and then possible removal.
• Local Community Focus: Clubs should aim to build a strong, local community that contributes to the vibrancy and user engagement within SherRidez. Clubs with the sole purpose of gathering large numbers of users without creating meaningful interactions will be considered outside the scope of the platform’s intended functionality.

By creating a club on SheRidez, you agree to abide by these guidelines and work towards making SheRidez an active, engaging, and enjoyable space for all users.

SheRidez Club Membership and Newsletter subscription

By creating a profile on the SheRidez app, women motorcycle app, you automatically become a member of the SheRidez Club and you will be added to it.

By creating a profile on the SheRidez app, you will automatically subscribe to SheRidez Newsletter that you will received on the app and on your e-mail. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter on your e-mail, but you cannot unsubscribe from the newsletter on the app itself.
